How To Avoid Gloopy Nail Polish

I hate the feeling when my nail polish goes all gloopy with more than half left in the bottle! What causes this to happen? Temperature!

Keep refrigerated

Keeping them refrigerated will extend its shelf life, reduce discoloration and easier to apply! If you don’t want to store your nail polishes in the refrigerator, keep them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Extra Tips :

Don’t shake!

Shaking the nail polish causes air bubbles to form. Instead of shaking, roll the bottle back and forth in between your hands.

Bottle care

When you’re finished using the polish, wipe the neck of the bottle to remove left over polish. Clean bottle neck will allow a good seal with the cap. This will prevent air from getting into the bottle.

Store Upright

Store the bottle upright to prevent the pigments and solvents from separating.
